Silent MP5 load out to counter lvl 3 and 4 armor with flesh DMG HP ammo. You can forgo the barrel attachment for a loud one for better recoil but I find that being suppressed can help you stay unnoticed sometimes just a bit longer and get quick kills before enemy knows what hit them. Make sure to aim at arms/legs of armored opponents and melting non armored opponents in 2-3 shots anywhere. You can go with either parachute option depending on hot drop or not. also make note when buying this loadout you will need to swap the battery out of the defib to have space for everything. when re buying just remove bandages and rebuy the bandages so you have room for the large battery.
