Run this kit when low on money, or as a new player, for easy Recon points using the monocular, and some longevity. Enough ammo for sustained firefights and a backup pistol if you need it until you refill your clips. Grenades to clear rooms and blow out the legs of heavier armoured targets. The T-21 Assault Rifle has arguably similar stats to the AK for a third of the price. Up to 350m effective range which is plenty for most firefights. The Monocular means you can stick it in your backpack as soon as you find any other speciality item as loot.
