I've grinded out mainly Recon, sitting at lvl 36 almost 37 at this point, I typically sit outside the zone with Thermal nods marking enemies and making long shots, typically 800m+, while also counter Sniper hunting. In a squad I try to prioritize my squads position and try to mark any enemies close to them, basically providing overwatch. Sometimes behind enemy lines.

When I'm playing, I typically run a logistics pilot role if solo. If I'm in a good squad, I'll run a hybrid assault/medic loadout. I have no issues pushing the HZ as long as It's done in a smart and methodical way.
