Formal Reminder Description
Special Communique
To the attention of: Employee ID 78, Network Center
Mr. Thompson, it has come to the attention of the archival team—through careful examination of field reports submitted in your name—that you appear to have misunderstood the intent of such reporting.
While partaking in occasional "people watching" is an accepted use of break time, the field archive team is not an audience for diatribes about subjects of low corporate interest.
Ominent Practical Technologies has no direct use for endless documentation about the no-doubt many pretty girls visiting Brookhollow Park on sunny afternoons. This is not what our state-of-the-art camera network is for.
From now on, please refrain from filing any more documents with the bureau without management approval.
