Water Rune is a tier 3 rune, unlocked by discovering Rune Essence, crafted at the Rune Altar with 1 Rune Essence, used to craft Enchanted Iron Bolt. A symbol of flowing waters, essential for water-based magic and other spells.
Runes are retained if you happen to die.
In order to unlock the Water Rune, you need to discover Rune Essence.
