Granite

A dense stone used for construction and crafting. Very commonly found underground, in mines and dungeons.

This stone is stubbornly resistant to magic. Whereas other stones absorb the nascent anima, granite refuses. It exists on its own terms, not the whims of magic. As such it is highly prized in construction projects, as it resists most magic and what enchantments do affect it, last much longer.

Legend speaks of a weapon forged from this stone. A great hammer, said to be able to crush almost any armour.
