The jade vine is an unusual plant, that likes to attack anyone that gets too close. With a maw full of thorns and a stem full of hatred, the jade vine has been the bane of many a hunter.
They aren’t actually native to Ashenfall, at least not originally. They were brought to the continent by the druid Hokistix, who had a terrible taste in houseplants. He was forced to live on the edge of the village, until he disappeared.
It’s not really a mystery as to where he vanished to, but suffice to say his plants were very well fed.
