Kebbits are rodent-like creatures that are hunted for their pelts. The kebbits of Ashenmoor are more aggressive than most, though they remain at the bottom of the food chain.
They were first brought to the continent by Guthixian settlers, sometime in the first age, and have thrived in their absence. The kebbits of Brynmoor seem uniquely resistant to the effects of the Anima Twist phenomenon.
Legend says that following a kebbit under the full moon will lead you to your one true love. This has been definitively disproven by scholars from the Wizard’s Tower. However, their papers have been rebuked on the grounds that “they clearly have too much time on their hands”.
Coming from members of the Wizard’s Tower, that’s quite the statement.
