General Velgar was one of Kuldra’s most trusted allies in the dragon rebellion. In the years that led to her betrayal of their dragonkin masters, she would seek Velgar’s advice on how to best handle the situation. He had been Brakka’s beast of burden. A mighty warrior, forced to be little more than a pack mule for the arrogant architect of the dragonkin. When the war against the goblins and the humans brought the dragons into the conflict, Velgar was finally allowed to join the battle. He slaughtered without mercy, obliterating settlements and entire platoons with barely a sweat.
Brakka rewarded his brutality with yet more chains. When the conflict dulled, Velgar was made to haul stone and metal, so that Brakka could rebuild damaged fortresses.
