Increases Cooldown Reduction the more it is charged.
How to Obtain Cooldown Upgrade Core
Cooldown Upgrade Core is an upgrade core in mo.co. Drops from defeated monsters (drop rate scales with monster strength), or earned from pass reward tracks (the Main Pass and Weapon Sprint passes). Higher tiers are crafted by fusing lower ones — 20 Common cores make 1 Rare, 10 Rare make 1 Epic, and 5 Epic make 1 Legendary.
