In order to craft a Magic Formula: Armor Penetration, your Enchanter must be level 3 and will need 1 Bright Enchanted Paper, 8 Purified Bright Powders, 5 Bright Void Particleses and 2 Fragment of Kyres plus 50 Craft points.
