After you helped to retrieve a shipment for the Blacksmith from Umber Hollow, it's clear that the sender could've only been one person — Oswald Anders's estranged daughter. The parcel traveled through the Nomad Highlands back then, so the sender must've been from around or beyond there. Investigate the area marked on your map to find the Blacksmith's daughter!
