Steps
Step 1 · Reach the Drak'Dal Ruin
The Carpenter told you about the Drak's ability to create different colored lights. He wants you to search their places and understand how they managed to do that. When visiting Drak locations, it's best to take a Drak Soulward Flask with you.
Step 2 · Search The Area
You've reached the Drak'Dal Ruin. Now search for any hints on how the Drak'Dal create different colored lights.
Step 3 · Return To The Carpenter
You have read a note which describes how the Draklings need a warm light source to hatch and how they create this fiery glow with daylilies. Go back to the Carpenter and tell him about your findings.
