Step 1 · Speak To The Carpenter About The Lantern
The trader Mei told you she once sold a paper lantern to the carpenter, Cade. If she saw the lantern's design again, she could recreate them and offer them for crafting. Talk to the Carpenter and ask him about the lantern!
Step 2 · Search For The Lantern In Morwenna
The Carpenter said that the lantern is in Morwenna, a town he used to reside in. Go to Morwenna and search for the lantern!
