A mill that can be used to grind materials to a fine powder. This mill only works when there is a force generator nearby. Either windmill sails or a partially submerged water wheel counts as a generator. The force generator doesn't have to be connected to the mill; it can be placed freely nearby.
This can be crafted at the Alchemist.
