The Rascal IV is a further upgraded version of the 
Rascal, a special break-action grenade launcher. This weapon fires explosive projectiles that detonate only when they hit an ARC, making it suitable for direct combat. It uses 
Launcher Ammo and offers improved durability and a faster reload time compared to earlier versions. You can craft it at a Gunsmith by upgrading a 
Rascal III. The initial Rascal weapon requires a 
Rascal Blueprint to craft before it can be upgraded.
