The Dam Testing Annex Key is a key used to open locked doors inside the Testing Annex building on the Dam Battlegrounds map. There are two locked doors on the ground level of the Testing Annex, one on the south side and one on the east. You will need one key for each door you wish to unlock. This key is awarded for completing the A Lay Of The Land quest. You can also find it by scavenging in containers like lockers, drawers, and filing cabinets within the map.
