The Angled Grip III is a weapon modification designed to improve your shooting accuracy by significantly reducing your weapon's sideways movement during firing. Another way to obtain it is by purchasing it directly from the vendor Tian Wen for 15,000 coins, although he only has one available for sale each day. Once you have it, it can be recycled for general resources.
