The Tempest II is an upgraded version of the 
Tempest I assault rifle. This fully-automatic weapon uses medium ammo and offers improved combat performance over its previous model. It provides reduced horizontal recoil, a faster reload time, and increased durability, while maintaining a moderate fire rate and accuracy. Raiders can obtain it by crafting at the Gunsmith, where a Tempest I is combined with various crafting materials.
