The Snap Hook is a gadget that helps you move quickly across areas by grappling to higher ground or managing descents. You can get a Snap Hook by completing the Lost In Transmission quest. It can also be crafted at a Utility Station once you have learned the 
Snap Hook Blueprint. Additionally, Snap Hooks are rewarded from certain Projects, such as Stage 5 of the Trophy Display. You can also find them listed in Raider Deck AR/RD 001: Ryder & Voyager and Raider Deck AR/RD 002: Goalie.
