Fireballs and Raiders within its area. After it's used, you can pick up a 
Damaged Fireball Burner from where it landed. This item is important for upgrading your Refiner and is also required to complete the What Goes Around quest. You can also use it to craft other items or recycle it for useful resources. It is obtained by scavenging destroyed ARCs, specifically by defeating Fireballs and Couriers.
